Qualifying and Elimination Bracket Racing Guidelines

1.      In order to form a class, the minimum number of trucks must be 6 total. If there are not 6 trucks the competitor not fitting a class may move up to a larger class and compete. However if a point in time comes where there are 6 trucks if the competitor who moved up a class chooses to move back down his points will not carry over to the other class.

2.      2 points will be awarded to the driver of each winner bracket race. 1 point will be awarded to the driver of each loser bracket race.

3.      If the overall winner stays out of the loser bracket than the driver will be awarded 5 bonus points.

4.      If there are not 6 trucks to make a complete class the bonus points will not be awarded.

5.      Registration will open an hour before qualifying starts. Once registration closes no other trucks are permitted to enter.

6.      All racers are limited to two trucks. Registration fees are $10.00 per truck.

7.      Transmitters must remain off in the pits unless that participant is racing.

8.      The race course and event format will be discussed in the drivers meeting. Each participant is required to be present during the drivers meeting. Any and all questions can be addressed during this time regarding the events and scoring.

9.      Once  your race has been announced you and your competitor have 2 minutes to get to the line. If you fail to make it to the start line in the allotted time you will forfeit your race unless your competitor agrees to a 2 minute extension or drop down to the next race.

10.      Trucks are required to come in contact with the finish line with any combination of two tires. If only one tire of either side of the truck contacts the finish line a 2 second penalty during qualifying will be added, or you will be disqualified during racing.

11.      The truck may not hit or come in contact with any part of the light system or its barricades during the run, if this happened it will result in a disqualification.

12.      When trucks are competing and one or both completes an illegal run, the first truck in violation will be disqualified. In the event that a time is unable to be recorded due to the violation, the remaining participant will be assessed the slowest time of the day.

13. In the event that any portion of a participating truck goes out of bounds, or drives into the other competitor's lane (except the shared center lane), it will result in a disqualification of the truck in violation.

14. In the event that a competitor with multiple entries in the same class should happen to race him/herself, each truck will run 1 at a time on the track in different lanes. Whichever truck records the fastest elapse time will advance into the next round.

15. In the event that 1 truck jumps the start light and his competitor cannot make it around the track for a legal run then the fastest losing qualifier with a legal run from that bracket will be brought back to advance to the next round. If a winning competitor cannot make it back for the FINAL Round of racing, the competitor He or she beat will be inserted back into the bracket.

16. If a truck records a disqualified qualifying run, they will still be seated in the elimination bracket after the slowest time. If there are multiple disqualified trucks in a qualifying round then each disqualified truck will be seated based on their running order.

17. All drivers are expected to help turn marshall.  If you need to work on your truck it is up to you to find a replacement marshall. No Race will be ran if we do not have marshalls.

18. Participants are not allowed to enter the same truck under two different drivers. No Truck sharing will be permitted. No switching bodies onto different chassis or vise-versa will be permitted or tolerated. Competitors caught doing this will be disqualified from the entire event.

Truck Pulling Guidelines

1.      All participating trucks are required to be weighed immediately following the conclusion of the pull. If the vehicle is found to be over the required weight limit that truck will be disqualified from that round of the pulling competition.

2.      Each participating truck will be hooked to the sled with the chain pulled tight. When the truck is no longer able to gain forward drive, a No Limit R/C Track Official will signal you to stop, thus ending your pull. The distance from the front of the pulling sleds skid plate will then be measured.

3.      The Pulling track is 4' x 30'. In the event a participating truck goes out of bounds, the distance will be measured at the area of the pull sled which crosses the out of bounds marker.

4.      There will be 2 rounds of pulling before the competition moves forward onto the pull off. If a competitor records a full pull in round 1, they are not required to pull in round 2.

5.      This gives each competitor 2 chances to record a full pull which will earn them a spot in the pull off.  A "pull off" will result if two or more trucks record a full pull. For the "pull off" extra weight will be added to the sled until a winner can be determined. There will be only 1 round in the pull off.

6.       If a participating truck disregards a No Limit R/C Track Official's signal to cease pull, which results in an over pull, the truck will be disqualified.

7.      If  the pulling surface is carpet each truck is required to have the exhaust defected away from saturating the carpet pulling surface with oil and smoke, This can be done be re-indexing the exhaust pipe or by using a exhaust defector.

8.      4x4 Small Block Pulling trucks can weigh no more than 15 pounds.

9.      4x4 Big Block Pulling Trucks can weight no more than 17.5 pounds.

10. 4x4 Unlimited Big Block Pulling Trucks must weigh 17.6 pounds and above.

11. 4x4 Nitro Small block, and 4x4 nitro Big block classes no power additives and only nitro burning single engine set ups.  Small block, big block and unlimited 4x4 nitro classes will compete for prizes on dirt. All 2X4 set ups, all gasoline set ups and all electric set ups will compete in the exhibition pulling class and may compete on dirt or carpet if time permits.

12. Each participating Pulling Truck must have an affixed hitch for hooking to the sled. This hitch may be aluminum or steel. No plastic Zip ties will be allowed.

13. Participants are not allowed to enter the same truck under two different drivers. No Truck sharing will be permitted. No switching bodies onto diffrent chassis or vise versa will not be permitted or tolerated. Competitors caught doing this will be disqualifed from the entire event.
